How did you start in real estate investing?

I began by purchasing a short sale single-family home, which we completely rehabbed. We aimed to implement the BRRRR method (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) and turned it into a long-term rental property.

Did you consider investing in other asset classes?

Yes, I explored multi-family properties and viewed many of them as potential investments. However, I eventually shifted focus to self-storage as an asset class due to its simpler management requirements compared to other options.

What type of properties do you manage

We manage residential and commercial properties.

Why did you choose self-storage over other types of real estate?

Self-storage facilities proved to be much easier to manage than single-family or multi-family properties, making it an attractive option for my portfolio.

Have you acquired a self-storage facility creatively?

The second facility was acquired with the help of limited partners, allowing me to make the purchase without using any of my own money.

Why do I not like condiments?

If the food is prepared properly, there is no need for extra condiments!!!!
